Horatia the Siren

Horatia is a winged sea creature - it's the best of both worlds! She wears a ship in full sail on her crown and carries a bird and a banner reading, 'Tempus fugit' (time flies). She wears a striped bodice with a lace collar. I make and hand paint each piece, so Horatia is unique. She has a secure hanger on the back. She measures approximately 14.5cm from wingtip to wingtip and 16cm from crown to tail X 14cm. I always post via Royal mail, first class.
