Helena the Mermaid

Helena is free standing, she can stand on table, shelf or mantle piece. The construction is like a letter rack, there is a 2cm slot, so you can use her to store photos, postcards and so on. Helena is reclining on a rock with sea shells and a star fish, the sea, with ships on the horizon, is behind her. She carries a banner, 'Blow bonnie breeze'; two bird companions rest on her arm. She wears a sailors' hat from the ship 'Courage'. She wears a striped bodice with a lace collar, a watch and rings. I make and paint each piece individually, so Helena is unique. This piece is 18cm wide, 10cm high and 3.5cm deep. I post by Royal Mail, first class.
